He has coached, trained and developed leaders for over ten years. He has overseen $125 million in annual revenue. Jeremy has also managed to reduce operating costs by nearly $60 million. He has developed new processes and systems to help operations run more efficiently.

But doesn’t pretend to know it all. As an ActionCOACH, Jeremy belongs to a network of over 1,000 business coaches in over 70 countries. With this network of brain power, along with his M.A. in Christian Leadership, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and over 3,000 hours of training as a Certified Business Coach, Jeremy is skilled at breaking down complex issues into simple steps, and has the tools to help his clients succeed.

A Devoted Husband, Father, and Community Member…

Ginger Barbee is Jeremy’s favorite cake maker, and loving wife of 10 years. They joyfully welcomed their son, Lemuel in 2009, daughter, Meador Kate in 2012, daughter, Karis in 2014 and son, Hezek in 2017. As a family they are active in the community, having served together on leadership of various churches and PTAs. They also volunteer with the Northwest Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Jeremy is on the board of various organizations including the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, Independent Insurance Agents of West Texas, Lubbock Lions Club, Texas Agricultural Aviation Association, New Mexico Agricultural Aviation Association, and Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 19.
